Reclaiming Light from Overgrown Hedges
This garden had lost a lot of light to overgrown hedges which were crowding the borders of the garden, but not anymore!

This garden had lost a lot of light to overgrown hedges which were crowding the borders of the garden, but not anymore!

This project was all about transformation. What was once an overgrown unusable space is now an open, earthy and natural space ready to be enjoyed by both the customer and wildlife.

This garden was once bare and lifeless, but it’s now full of colour, movement, and wildlife. With wildflowers, native planting, and a small wildlife pond, the space has been transformed into a garden that supports birds, bees, and hedgehogs, while still staying practical for everyday use.

What started as an overgrown, hard-to-use garden is now a calm, welcoming space that’s easy to enjoy. By reshaping the lawn, redefining the borders, and bringing structure back into the planting, this garden has been given a whole new lease of life while keeping its natural feel.
